• Review of tender documents as well as draft agreements during negotiations and prior to execution.
• Advising clients in various issues arising out of or in connection with construction disputes.
• Representing clients in various dispute forums including adjudication proceedings under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2004, SIA / SIAC / ad hoc arbitration and court proceedings.
• Representing clients in various alternative dispute resolution forums including binding neutral evaluation as well as the more common mediation conducted under the auspices of the Singapore Mediation Centre.
