COVID-19 safe distancing measures
With effect on 28 September 2020 (Monday), our reception office at Maxwell Chambers Suites will open from 9.00 am to 5.45 pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays) with safe distancing measures in place to ensure the health and well-being of our members and visitors. However, please continue to send all documents and payments to us via electronic means as far as possible to avoid any delays in receipt. Alternatively, as we are a member of PDX Intercompany Exchange, mail may be despatched to us via PDX. If you have a need to visit our office, you are encouraged to make an advance appointment by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org to avoid having to wait and to allow us to serve you better. Our non-reception Secretariat staff will be working in the office according to a rotation schedule but we remain contactable via email and phone.
Pastoral care continues to be accessible to members via our MACH hotline 65300213
