JCP Law was founded by a team of lawyers in Singapore, with a goal of providing the highest quality advice and expertise to the their clients.

Our lawyers were trained in the demanding practice of international arbitration and high-value commercial litigation, such as on matters relating to construction, infrastructure, supply of goods, employment, defamation, medical negligence, shareholder disputes, mental capacity, property, and banking.

Over time, our clients have also requested for us to bring the same high quality legal expertise for their personal matters such as matrimonial issues, inheritance, succession planning, and criminal defence.

Outside of dispute resolution, we have been instructed on mergers and acquisitions, drafting of commercial contracts, legal opinions, employment matters, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, conveyancing, incorporation of companies, etc.

Often, lawyers in large firms have depth of knowledge but are narrow in scope of exposure. Smaller firms have a broad scope of experience but usually less depth. Our lawyers have been uniquely exposed to both large scale international arbitrations and matters in the High Court, as well as small personal disputes.
