We do work hand in hand to promote estate planning by engaging with the public for talks and do collaboration with various estate planning companies. Director
Liza Effendy is a highly experienced and skilled lawyer, serving as the founding and managing director of FND LEGAL. With a focus on Family Law and estate matters, Liza possesses extensive knowledge in various areas of Law. She has garnered indispensable experience in obtaining Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, Lasting Power of Attorney, and appointment of Deputy Court Order under the Mental Capacity Act for both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Liza is known for tailoring estate plans to meet each client’s unique needs. She offers comprehensive services including drafting wills, creating trusts, establishing powers of attorney, and designing holistic estate plans. By delving into her clients’ financial situation, family dynamics, and long-term goals, Liza ensures the effectiveness and comprehensiveness of their estate plans.
Apart from her expertise in Family Law litigation, Liza serves as Lead Counsel in Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation matters. She also advises clients on Real Estate and Conveyancing issues, skillfully navigating the complexities of property transactions, including property ownership, transfer of matrimonial homes, refinancing, and redemption.
Liza’s adeptness in the legal frameworks and regulations surrounding Real Estate and Conveyancing enables her to guide clients in making informed decisions that safeguard their interests.
