CLIFFORD LAW LLP

Personal Injury Claims

At Clifford Law, our personal injury specialist team has handled over 3000 such cases, and the first consultation is FREE. We will assign you a lawyer from our specialist team who has a great deal of experience and success in arguing similar cases.

Personal injury claims can be complicated and time-consuming, but with the help of specialist lawyers like us, the process can be made much simpler and quicker.

We will advise you on the amount of compensation you may be able to receive, and on the duration of the personal injury claims process. It is important to have the best possible independent advice in order to assess the value and potential success of your compensation claim.

The term ‘personal injury’ covers a broad range of injury and accident types, from whiplash sustained from a car accident, to a broken ankle from slipping on a pavement, to cerebral palsy caused through medical negligence. A personal injury can be physical or psychological and can have short or long-term effects.

Making a claim can also be a step towards preventing the injury from happening to anybody else. For example, a claim made following a car accident on a dangerous blind road corner may result in the authorities erecting mirrors to make the blind road corner safer for other drivers, thus reducing the chance of a similar accident happening in the future. In fact, many people who make a personal injury claim do so for this reason alone, regardless of the amount of compensation they may receive.

If you have sustained injuries from an accident (whether minor or serious), you may wish to consider seeking compensation for your injuries and any other related loss and expenses. Below are some of the common questions we are asked.
