Mr N Srinivasan
N Srinivasan has been in practice for more than two decades. He specializes in industrial, road and public liability accident claims. He acts for a wide spectrum of clients in Singapore and overseas. Many of his cases are reported in the Singapore Law Reports and followed as precedents for other cases. He handles both high-end and complex litigation cases in the High Court and State Courts. His vast experience and good rapport with clients enable him to put the best case forward for his clients.
He is a qualified Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and was a committee member of the Personal Injury Property Damage Committee of Law Society of Singapore. He was appointed as a member of the Inquiry Panel for disciplinary matters of lawyers in Singapore and as a Trainer for Part B Bar Course for law graduates. He has been invited to give talks to educate the public on Fraud in the Motor Industry.
Apart from practice, Mr Srinivasan contributes to society as the Board Secretary for various organisation – Wings Counselling Services and Ramakrishna Mission Boys Home, which are charitable organisations with Institution of Public Character status and Sarada Kindergarten and Ramakrishna Mission Board Advisory Committee. He has also been a volunteer yoga instructor for more than 25 years.
Ms Yeow Tin Tin Margaret
Margaret Yeow specialises in dealing with family-related disputes (divorces, estate, mental capacity and probate conflicts). Her practice includes corporate and commercial matters (e.g. for shareholder disputes in listed companies), construction law, mental capacity law, probate and estate administration.
Her accreditations include Principal Mediator and Family Mediator with Singapore Mediation Centre (‘SMC’) and a Senior Mediator with the Law Society Panel for General, Family and Probate and Estate Matters, Therapeutic Justice Family Practitioner, Adjudicator with SMC for Security of Payment building construction determination and Professional Deputy and Donee with the Office of the Public Guardian. She has also been appointed as a professional deputy for patients who have lost mental capacity. Further, she sits as a Court Volunteer Mediator with the State Courts Singapore. She is also currently the Co-vice chair of the Law Society Family Law Practice Committee as well as member of the Probate and Mental Capacity Committee and Mediation committee.
She is a trainer for mediation with SMC, an assessor and coach for mediation with the SMC.
She has collaborated with the Law Society Pro Bono services and various MSF related organisations to speak at seminars organised for Seniors at the various Community Centres and social welfare organisations on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney in English and Mandarin.
Mr Bryan Lim
Bryan Lim is a versatile lawyer who has experience and expertise in handling a wide range of cases, including criminal cases, workplace accident cases, road traffic accident cases, other civil litigation matters (e.g. contractual matters, shareholder disputes, renovation disputes) as well as family cases such as divorce matters (particularly contested divorces), estate disputes and applications under the Mental Capacity Act. His clients range from local SMEs to business owners to individuals from all walks of life.
In the realm of criminal law, Bryan is well versed in dealing with offences under the Penal Code, the Road Traffic Act, the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Remote Gambling Act, and many more. He has secured numerous fair outcomes for his clients. Many of his cases are reported in Singapore Law Reports or published in the news.
For family law matters, Bryan is a strong believer of therapeutic justice and always keeps a strong focus on trying to resolve the parties’ underlying problems in a practical manner, while being fair and firm at the same time.
Bryan is known by his clients to be detail oriented, pragmatic and empathetic. He is a proponent of resolving very contested disputes through mediation and actively strives to reach practical and “win-win” outcomes for his clients. On the other hand, and if a resolution cannot be reached, he is equally prepared and well versed to put forward the best case in Court for his clients.
