LSNEDs-FIDReC Scheme

The Law Society has collaborated with FIDReC on the Mediator’s Indication (MI) process, with the objective of tapping on the expertise of experienced lawyers who form the LSNEDS-FIDReC Panel of Neutrals, and provide them with an avenue to hone their neutral evaluation skills. Through this collaboration, suitable cases may be referred to these Neutrals, to assess and conduct the MI sessions.
