By subscribing to LSS On-the-Go, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- LSS On-the-Go is jointly offered by the Law Society of Singapore (LSS) and ISCA Academy, the professional learning and training arm of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
- Account creation, subscription and payment are administered through ISCA Academy. To access the platform, each user will need to create an ISCA account. This does not make you an ISCA member or require an ISCA membership subscription.
- Subscription to LSS On-the-Go is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Access to LSS On-the-Go is valid for one year from the date of subscription.
- Each subscription is tied to a single user account and may not be shared with others.
- Content is delivered in the form of on-demand videos and other learning resources that may be accessed through the platform during the subscription period.
- Subscribers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record or share any content or learning materials available on the platform.
- Indicated CPD hour(s) are awarded upon completion of eligible programmes. Practitioners are responsible for claiming any applicable Private CPD Points through the SILE e-Portfolio.
- The content library may be updated from time to time. The Law Society of Singapore and ISCA reserve the right to add, amend or remove content without prior notice.
- The Law Society of Singapore and ISCA do not warrant or represent that all content on the platform contains the most current information. As some e-Learning programmes on the e-Learning Portal are not new, they may contain information that is outdated. Subscribers are responsible for independently verifying information where necessary.
The Law Society of Singapore and ISCA reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
