TIMOTHY WU 吴啟俊
Director
Timothy Wu is the author of the 2026 reissue of Halsbury’s Laws of Singapore, Volume 15: Probate, Administration and Succession, covering Singapore law on succession and estate administration.
With over 15 years of legal experience spanning private practice and senior in-house roles with multinational corporations, Timothy advises on Wills, trusts, LPA, probate and estate administration, including complex cross-border estates and resealing matters. His trusts and estate planning practice also includes trust protector arrangements and estate planning for pet owners, including pet trusts and protectorship arrangements.
Timothy also has substantial experience in divorce and family law, advising on divorce and related matrimonial matters. His practice extends to corporate and commercial law, including financial services regulatory and MAS licensing matters.
He has advised individuals, families and businesses on matters involving multiple jurisdictions, including Southeast Asia, Australia, China and Hong Kong.
A law graduate of Murdoch University, Australia, Timothy also holds a Diploma in Compliance from the International Compliance Training Academy (ICTA) and is a certified Chartered Secretary under the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS). He is also a Commissioner for Oaths.
