As the Founder of Kith & Kin Law Corporation, Shen Kiat’s practice focuses exclusively on S.T.E.M (Succession, Trusts, Estate & Mental Capacity) law, and he is skilled in helping families navigate their way through personal and wealth-related matters. He is particularly passionate about helping families navigate significant life transitions with clarity, compassion, and practical solutions that preserve both relationships and legacies.

His practice is distinguished by its interdisciplinary approach, working closely with trustees, wealth planners, medical professionals, accountants, and foreign counsel to deliver practical and holistic advice tailored to each family’s circumstances. He has a special interest in improving the delivery of legal services within interdisciplinary teams to persons with additional/special needs.
As part of his later life planning practice, Shen Kiat is a registered Professional Deputy and Donee with the Ministry of Social and Family Development (‘MSF’), a member of the MSF DCMP (Disability Case Management Programme) Resource Group and a member of the Management Committee of SJSM-Nursing Home.
