Mr N Srinivasan
N Srinivasan has been in practice for more than two decades. He specializes in industrial, road traffic, and public liability accident claims and acted for a wide spectrum of clients in Singapore and overseas. Many of his cases have been reported in the Singapore Law Reports and cited as precedents, reflecting the significance of his work in the development of local jurisprudence. He regularly handles high-value and complex litigation matters before both the High Court and State Courts. Known for his extensive experience and strong rapport with clients, Mr Srinivasan is adept at advancing his clients’ interests and presenting their cases effectively.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr Srinivasan is a qualified mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre. He has served as a committee member of the Law Society of Singapore’s Personal Injury and Property Damage Committee and was appointed to the Inquiry Panel for disciplinary matters involving lawyers in Singapore. He has also contributed to legal education as a trainer for the Part B Bar Course and has been invited to deliver public talks on fraud in the motor industry.
Beyond his professional work, Mr Srinivasan contributes to society as the Board Secretary of several organisations, including Wings Counselling Services and the Ramakrishna Mission Boys’ Home—both Institutions of Public Character—as well as Sarada Kindergarten and the Ramakrishna Mission Board Advisory Committee. He has also dedicated over 25 years as a volunteer yoga instructor, reflecting his longstanding commitment to community service and well-being.
Ms Yeow Tin Tin Margaret
Margaret Yeow specialises in family disputes, including divorce, estate disputes, and mental capacity matters. Her broader practice also encompasses corporate and commercial matters (e.g. shareholder disputes in listed companies), construction law, mental capacity law, probate and estate administration.
She holds multiple professional accreditations, including Principal Mediator and Family Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC), and Senior Mediator on the Law Society Panel for General, Family, Probate, and Estate matters. She is also a trained Therapeutic Justice Family Practitioner, an adjudicator with SMC for Security of Payment construction determinations, and a registered Professional Deputy and Donee with the Office of the Public Guardian. In addition, she has been appointed as a professional deputy for individuals who lack mental capacity and serves as a Court Volunteer Mediator with the State Courts of Singapore. She serves as a Mediator with the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (FIDReC) and the Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH).
Ms Yeow is actively involved in the legal community and currently serves as Co-Vice Chair of the Law Society’s Probate Practice and Mental Capacity Committee, as well as a member of the Family Law Committee and the Mediation Committee. She is also a mediation trainer, assessor, and coach with SMC.
Beyond her practice, she works with the Law Society Pro Bono Services and various organisations under the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), delivering seminars and talks at community centres and social welfare organisations on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, in both English and Mandarin.
Mr Bryan Lim
Bryan Lim is a versatile lawyer with experience and expertise across a wide spectrum of matters, including criminal cases, workplace and road traffic accidents, civil litigation (including contractual matters, shareholder disputes, and renovation-related matters), as well as family law matters. His family law practice includes contested divorces, estate disputes, and applications under the Mental Capacity Act. His clients range from local SMEs and business owners to individuals from all walks of life.
In the realm of criminal law, Bryan is well-versed in handling offences under statutes such as the Penal Code, the Road Traffic Act, the Misuse of Drugs Act, and the Remote Gambling Act, among others. He has consistently secured fair outcomes for his clients, and several of his cases have been reported in the Singapore Law Reports or featured in the media.
In his family law practice, Bryan is a strong proponent of therapeutic justice, adopting a practical and solutions-focused approach to address the underlying issues between parties, while remaining fair and firm in protecting his clients’ interests.
Bryan is regarded by his clients as detail-oriented, practical, and empathetic. He takes a structured and thoughtful approach to resolving disputes, and where appropriate, seeks to achieve practical and win-win outcomes through mediation. When a settlement cannot be reached, he is well-prepared and steadfast in representing his clients’ interests, advocating effectively on their behalf in court.
