*This e-learning course was developed by The College of Law Australia in partnership with The Law Society of Singapore*

Have you ever found yourself wondering what makes someone successful in his or her professional career? First, wellbeing and resilience are vital to developing efficient problem-solving skills, as well as building and maintaining interpersonal relationships and realistic goal setting, all of which greatly enhance an individual’s ability to perform and contribute meaningfully in daily life.

Further to that, wellbeing and resilience are important in preventing the onset of mental health issues as well as potentially lessening the severity of existing mental health issues.

As part of our Practice Well initiative, The Law Society of Singapore, in collaboration with The College of Law (COL), is proud to announce our new programme dedicated to helping lawyers build resilience in the workplace and enhance their wellbeing.
