Legal Associate

We are looking for a Legal Associate to join our corporate team. KGP Legal is at the forefront of Fintech, technology, corporate M&A and transactional work. We work with the best global companies around the world and have been appointed by Unicorn companies in and across Asia to handle their corporate and commercial projects. We are one of a very few exclusive boutique corporate law firms in Singapore that handles blue-chip corporate work not only in Singapore but in the region. Corporate Associates will have the opportunity to not only work on Singapore corporate law matters but cross-border corporate law matters across Asia. KGP Legal LLC is an affiliate firm of the InterAsia Law Alliance with a focus on corporate & commercial legal and regulatory work in Singapore and in Asia. The Corporate Associate will benefit from plenty of opportunities and guidance to develop his/her drafting, transactional, problem-solving, advisory, knowledge of both Singapore and foreign law matters and client-management skills. The Legal Associate (Corporate) will be exposed to dynamic cross-border legal work and will be able to develop knowledge and exposure to different legal systems in Asia.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years PQE
• Driven individuals with commercial acumen;
• Willing to develop cross-border knowledge and expertise of Singapore and other legal systems;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Prior corporate experience required
