Continuing Professional Development
As an independently-regulated profession, the Singapore legal profession has to
ensure that high standards of professional competence are attained and
maintained in the interests of the profession and the public.
The Law Society of Singapore is committed to ensuring the maintenance and
continued development of high standards of professional competence of our
practitioner members.
We aim to be the provider of choice for legal professionals by providing programmes that are relevant and that would help legal professionals in
acquiring and maintaining professional competence in core areas of practice as
well as equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills in new and
emerging areas of practice to meet the demands of practice in an ever-changing
legal landscape.
