General Information about the Training Contract
We are a boutique law firm with offices in Singapore and Indonesia. We invite applicants for Practice Trainees and Legal Executives, who have excellent command of English, and are meticulous, diligent and eager to learn. The successful candidates will work directly with Angeline Suparto, who brings over 44 years of legal experience and provides personal, hands-on training and mentorship on cross-border and local corporate transactions. We offer opportunities for Practice Trainee to grow into a full-time associate position upon successful completion of practice training.
Job Scope
• Assisting in a wide range of cross-border corporate transactions (Indonesia/Singapore/China/Hong Kong (SAR)), Singapore law-governed corporate transactions, and cross-border commercial dispute resolution matters.
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal advice.
• Providing ad-hoc assistance with Singapore and offshore (BVI) corporate secretarial work and other miscellaneous matters.
Flexible Start Date: Any time from 1st June 2026 or in 2027
