Jacqueline Loke is a senior partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice. She is well versed in M&As and joint ventures where she has acted for vendors, acquirors and financiers across a wide spectrum of industries including the insurance, financial, manufacturing, real estate and technology industries. Jacqueline has also given talks and written papers on licensing and client due diligence requirements for fund managers, establishment and offerings of collective investment schemes and other securities in Singapore, and the regulatory aspects of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), securities regulations in Singapore and other regulatory and compliance matters.

Sivanesan has addressed regional and international business leaders at conferences and seminars, on topics relating to venture technology, international mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, venture capital and cross border investments. He is a past Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Singapore Investors Association of Singapore (SIAS).
