Areas of Practice
David Nayar and Associates had its origins over 23 years ago.
The firm's goal is to provide a professional legal service through listening, understanding and being responsive to the needs of each of our clients. We seek to ensure that each of our clients is prioritised and their individual requirements met.
The firm, in the interest of our client’s welfare, costs and time, prioritises the seeking of resolutions of disputes through amicable means/mediation if possible, with specific focus on family matters, limiting the hardships caused by disputes from contested care and control over the children and division of matrimonial assets.
The firm consists of 3 solicitors, Mr David Nayar, Ms Josephine Costan and Ms Jade Wu who practice in the State Court, Family Justice Court and High Court of the Republic of Singapore.
