About Us

Avant Law LLC was founded by partners who were formerly from the Singapore big four law firms and from some of the Malaysia best law firms. Our corporate lawyers in Singapore are dual qualified in both Singapore laws and Malaysia laws.

The law firm in Singapore specialized in corporate law and dispute resolution.

As corporate lawyers in Singapore, we work closely with law firms from different jurisdictions to provide practical and strategic advice to clients. We are accustomed to working with international clients.

We provide tailored “in-house” legal services to business owners and companies according to their needs. With big firm experience and small firm culture, we are able to give undivided attention and customized professional advice to our entrepreneur clients.

We have also worked and guided many smaller businesses to embark on their journeys without straining their resources. As a start-up ourselves not too long ago, we are able to place ourselves in their shoes and understand the efforts invested and the challenges faced by the entrepreneurs. While we advocate proper documentation and records so as to mitigate the risk of disputes at a later stage, we are also aware of the practical limitations faced by smaller businesses.
