Measures on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing

In order for Singapore, being a member of the inter-governmental body, the Financial Action Task Force ('FATF'), to meet its international obligations, six (6) amendments have been made to the Legal Profession (Professional Conduct) Rules (the 'Rules').

These amendments took effect from 15 August 2007 and are found in Rules 11D to 11I of the Rules. For details, click here.
