    Applicable to firms/sole practitioners who have had no claims paid during the period 1.4.2003 up to 31.3.2008.

  • Schedule B

    Applicable to firm/sole practitioners who have claims paid exceeding 50% but not 100% of the total premiums paid during the period 1.4.2003 up to 31.3.2008.

  • Schedule C

    Applicable to firm/sole practitioners who have claims paid exceeding 100% but not 200% of the total premiums paid during the period 1.4.2003 up to 31.3.2008.

  • Schedule D
