PrimeLaw Standard

 

The standard document describes the requirements for each of the 4 standards that make up PrimeLaw which was first published by the Society in April 2004 (updated 1 July and 1 October 2005). The standard document contains helpful Guidelines that enable a law practice to understand what will be required of it during assessment of the standard.

 

The 4 standards a law practice must satisfy to meet the PrimeLaw quality mark is:

 

  • Forward Planning

  • General Management

  • Financial Management which includes Client Accounting

  • Case management
