Consultation on Various Aspects of Legal Professional Practice
The Board of Directors of the Singapore Institute of Legal Education is
seeking feedback on the following proposals:

a compulsory continuing professional development scheme for members
of the legal profession who hold practising certificates;

(b) |
improvements to Part B of the Singapore Bar Course and Examination; and
|
| |
(c) |
entrance exams for foreign lawyers seeking to practise in limited areas of
corporate law in Singapore. |
