Subsidiary Legislation

Pursuant to the Legal Profession (Solicitors’ Accounts) (Amendment) Rules 2009, which came into operation on 9 October 2009, rule 8(7)(a)(ii) of the Legal Profession (Solicitors’ Accounts) Rules has been amended by deleting the words 'legal officer' and substituting the words 'Legal Service Officer'.
