Solicitors Registered Under Section 130N Legal Profession Act
With effect from 15 October 2008, an advocate and solicitor of Singapore may apply to register with the Attorney-General under section 130N Legal Profession Act to practise Singapore law (in prescribed areas of practice) in a Joint Law Venture or its constituent foreign law practice, a Qualifying Foreign Law Practice or a licensed foreign law practice.
