He practises in the areas of corporate, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and international finance, and has particular experience in the communications, media, technology, energy and natural resources sectors. Prior to joining Shook Lin & Bok, he worked with leading international firms in London, Hong Kong and Singapore, during which he advised on various cross-border commercial transactions in Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
