District Judge Regina Ow

Regina Ow-Chang Yee Lin is a District Judge and the Senior Deputy Registrar in the Family and Juvenile Justice Division of the Subordinate Courts of Singapore. After graduating from the National University of Singapore, she was in private practice before joining the Singapore Legal Service in 1990. Prior to her posting to the Subordinate Courts in 1997, she served in the Attorney-General’s Chambers as a State Counsel / Deputy Public Prosecutor. She obtained her LLM from the National University of Singapore in 1997. She is one of the authors of the second edition of the Practitioners’ Library – Family and Juvenile Court Practice and has written several practice and procedural guides on Family and Adoption Law.
