Mr Rajan Chettiar

After qualification as a barrister-at-law in England and admission to the Singapore Bar in 1997, Rajan worked in one of the prestigious law firms in Singapore, Messrs Allen & Gledhill for six years specialising in general litigation. Rajan Chettiar’s greatest love is helping people. It was this vision that prompted him to set up Rajan Chettiar & Co , a family law practice in 2003.

Besides legal work, Rajan has been a very committed and dedicated volunteer in various welfare organisations in Singapore since 1990. He is also a member of the Council of the Law Society and sits on the Family Law, Publications, Practice Management and Small Law Firms sub-committees. He also contributes a monthly column - Alter Ego - in the Law Society's monthly publication, The Singapore Law Gazette. Rajan is a regular speaker in seminar and a contributor to the local press.
