Mr KTS Tulsi

Mr. Tulsi joined the Bar of Punjab & Haryana High Court in 1971. After being appointed as a Special Public Prosecutor in 1980, he was involved in prosecuting ‘A’ grade terrorists in Punjab, Delhi and Assam, in many high profile cases. In 1987, Mr. Tulsi was designated as Senior Advocate and in 1990, he was appointed as Additional Solicitor General of India until 1996. During this time, he represented the Government before more than ten Constitution Benches. He is still representing the Government and various security and Police agencies in special engagements. He has since then been representing a host of eminent individuals and organizations including corporations, before various Courts of Law in India and abroad.

Mr Tulsi has been involved in many prominent cases, some of which include Operation Black Thunder (with implementation of “Witness Protection Programme” to keep identity of witnesses secret), the Talwara Bank Dacoity case, the Rajiv Gandhi Assassination, the Bombay Bomb Blast, the Calcutta Bomb Blast to name a few.
