Mark Robinson
Mark is a member of Herbert Smith's international technology, media and telecoms practice. The firm has a strong full-service offering across Asia, with core TMT team members covering the region from the firm's Greater China, Japan and Singapore offices. Mark heads the team based in Singapore, which combines: genuine TMT specialists who have leading commercial and regulatory expertise and a full corporate/M&A, finance and disputes service across South and South East Asia. Mark has over 12 years of experience in the TMT sectors. He has particular expertise in relation to commercial contracts, communications regulation, data protection and information governance, joint ventures, private M&A and financing internationally. His outsourcing experience includes network, infrastructure, applications and business processes, acting for a range of customers and suppliers. Mark also contributes to the Sweet & Maxwell Encyclopaedia of IT Law.
