Lim Seng Siew
Mr Lim Seng Siew is lawyer with Ong Tay & Partners with an interest in technology-related matters; both the legal aspects of technology as well as the benefits that technology brings to the practice of law. He was involved in the early development of the Singapore Judiciary's Electronic Filing System, its subsequent review, and is currently involved in the on-going project to develop its successor, the E-Litigation System. In his many years of practice, Mr Lim has advised many stakeholders and users of technology of both their legal concerns and practical issues. He comfortably switches between the litigation, regulatory and the transactional aspects of technology law.
Mr Lim is currently the Deputy Chairman of the LawNet Management Committee and Chairman of the Practice Management / Primelaw Committee. He is also a Council member of the Law Society of Singapore.
