Elle Todd
Graduating from Jesus College, Cambridge and The College of Law, London, Elle is a partner with Olswang Asia LLP based in Singapore where she heads up the office's Media and Technology practice. An international lawyer, Elle has also worked in Olswang's London and Brussels offices. Elle advises some of the world's leading brands and the biggest and best in the technology and media space on commercial and regulatory matters from major transactions to day-to-day issues and arrangements. She is an expert in data and data protection providing commercial and strategic advice to clients on key data issues including security, cloud computing, international transfers, marketing rights, monitoring and interception of communications. Elle is also author of the third edition of leading textbook "The Laws of the Internet" which contains over 70 pages dedicated to data protection issues, and is a regular conference speaker and contributor to articles and blogs including www.datonomy.eu
