The Law Society held its 4th annual cycling trip to Sungai Renggit on 25thAugust. The group of 37 riders comprising members, family and friends was a healthy mix of both amateur and more serious cyclists. The latter were easily distinguishable as they were fully clad in their cycling jerseys and tights, with the former were more casually attired. The casual riders pedalled a leisurely 19km to their seafood destination and back, for a total distance of almost 40km, while the more enthusiastic ones went all the way to Desaru and back, a distance of almost 100km.
The invigorating and fun-filled day was accompanied by erratic but pleasant weather, giving all participants the opportunity to socialise, exercise and fill up on inexpensive and mouth-watering seafood. Kudos to Jispal Singh and the Social & Welfare Committee for the smooth running of the event!
