Singapore solicitors seeking admission to work in another jurisdiction may be required to produce a Certificate of Standing from the Law Society of Singapore.

The application fee for a standard form Certificate of Standing is S$107 for members and S$321 for non-members.

To apply for a standard form Certificate of Standing, please complete and fax the duly completed Application For Certificate of Standing to the Law Society. Any special requests for inclusion of additional information to the standard form Certificate of Standing must be made in writing and simultaneously faxed to the Law Society with the duly completed Application For Certificate of Standing. An additional administrative fee is payable for attending to any special requests.

Applications will not be processed unless the Application for Certificate of Standing is completed in full and the requisite application fee and administration fee for special request(s) (if any) are received in full.
